I am currently serving as an TOSA/Academic Coach in a 1-to-1 blended learning environment in grades 4th-5th with 2nd and 3rd grade making the shift as well. My role within my district is to aid my colleagues with the integration of technology by providing trainings and daily support within the classroom.
