I was born and raised in Glasgow, Scotland and although I've lived here a long time I still have 'a wee bit o' the accent' and a lot of the sense of humor. This is my 30th year teaching in TUSD and I've enjoyed every one of those years. I enjoy photography and video, and I love editing. I've used just about every program there is for photo and video but my favorites are Pixelmator and Final Cut. I'm an Apple fan and have worn out several Macbook Pros. As a teacher I try to bring technology to my classroom to help my students prepare for their future and explore their own creativity . I started introducing coding and Google Docs to my students a long time ago because I knew they would need it. I am really excited to share some of the things I've found that get students so excited about school that they keep on working when they get home.
