Put the T in STEM with Coding

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

You don't need to be a programmer to teach coding. In fact, you don't need any coding experience to bring this amazing experience to your students. In this session I will introduce you to SCRATCH from MIT via Google's CSfirst, Code.org and Tynker. You will see what the programs are like, what they offer, and how to implement one or all of them in either a club or as part of your STEM or regular program. Come and try it out yourself! You might just enjoy it so much you won't notice you are learning to code.
